The staff at BenchMark. Are friendly, knowledgeable, and informative. It’s easy to see they all like and care about what they do. As well as the importance of mobility that is needed. For the individual person that they all care for. This is why I gave them 5 stars.
I have been married to a PT for many years, but this was my first real experience being an actual weekly, post-operative patient, and I can tell you, I'm a HUGE fan of PT. Benchmark, and their team of both PT's, and PTA's really took excellent care of me and my knee. Will there be pain, yes, absolutely, but you will never get to the other side of pain without working your way through it. Unfortunately, our bodies, as remarkable as we are, are not designed to take the short cut, and there really is no shortcut to reach your physical goals. I completed my physical therapy for a knee replacement today. I did pre-and post physical therapy with benchmark. I gotta say, the personnel are top notch. They know their job, they don't let you slack off, but they are very competent and caring in how they get you to achieve your goal. If I had to do physical therapy again, the only place that I would go is Benchmark. So thanks to Lisa, Ben, Danielle, Steve, Destiny and Katie. They all are the best!
