I have a family member who has been a patient here for quite a few months.I will say, from the receptionist to the CNAs, everyone here goes above and beyond for my mother in law. It’s never easy for someone to adjust to being in a facility, and premier has done an incredible job at making my mother in law comfortable through this process.Ms Patrice is an absolute Godsend, I can not say enough good things about her! It is always difficult to entrust the care of a loved one with a facility and we were skeptical but we cannot say enough good things about our mother's stay at Premier. The nursing staff was patient and kind, no matter what she needed. The PT staff was upbeat and amazing and the activities staff went out of their way to be sure she was included in day to day activities. There were lots of fun and inspirational things to do as well-- bingo, exercise, games, worship services, and contests. Kevin was by with his cart every day to serve hot coffee and cocoa. The food was actually pretty good for all the meals the cook staff had to prepare and alternates were offered in case a patient preferred those. The staff made an effort to have residents interact because that also contributes to recovery. If we ever needed services again we would not hesitate to contact Premier. Melissa Hight and Ivy Reid

I have been going into premier for the last 5 yrs my brother has dementia. And the staff has been awesome to my brother, and to me keeping me informed of how my brother is doing. There are most of staff members that go above and beyond to take care of the patients. I envy the staff it takes a lot to do what they do.
