Had a leaky shower head and Jeffrey and his partner came right out. Assessed the situation and told me it would take a return visit with the arrival of some parts. Once the parts were in, they came right out and fixed the issue. Jeffrey was super polite and answered all my questions. I later had a billing question and was able to speak to Beverley in the office. She was super kind, polite, and understanding. She immediately resolved the issue and put me to ease. Will definitely use this company again if the need arises.

At the end of an emotionally difficult Monday, my outside water spigot decided to detach from the pipe. The staff at Premier were empathetic and managed to send someone just at the close of business to take care of me.
I am so grateful for Beverly having mercy on me. She is always pleasant and patient on the phone. Jeff and his apprentice (I am so sorry I forgot your name), were professional, kind and thorough. Of course, the work was completed in a skilled and efficient manner, with careful explanation of my options.
I am thankful to have such a team doing business right here in Seven Lakes.
