Took my dog in for his very first vet visit, and everything went smoothly from start to finish. The staff was friendly, professional, and made the whole process easy for both of us. Had a leaky shower head and Jeffrey and his partner came right out. Assessed the situation and told me it would take a return visit with the arrival of some parts. Once the parts were in, they came right out and fixed the issue. Jeffrey was super polite and answered all my questions. I later had a billing question and was able to speak to Beverley in the office. She was super kind, polite, and understanding. She immediately resolved the issue and put me to ease. Will definitely use this company again if the need arises.
