Staff and physicians were very kind. And being a senior, I don't like to be rushed and I ask a lot of questions. I felt very cared for by an extremely knowledgeable physician that had to teach me about a new issue. I was cared for in the best sense.
I had a wonderful experience at this eyecare center! The staff is incredibly professional and the doctors are very thorough with their exams. They have a great selection of frames and the office is clean and modern. It’s so convenient having such a high-quality clinic right here in Indian Trail. Highly recommend for anyone needing an eye exam or new glasses.
I have always had an unhealthy fear of the eye dr until 1/6/26 when I came to eye care center! From initial check in until picking out my glasses it was amazing! This was the first time a dr showed me the pictures of my eye an explained to me! I honestly cannot wait until my next exam!!!
