I spent $400 replacing a set of lenses in a frame that I already owned. I used them for two months and they became crazed so badly couldn’t even hardly see out of them. They were never in the heat. I had them on my face since the day I picked them up. The Walmart glasses representative said they could not warranty them because I didn’t pay the $20 warranty fee when I purchased them. It makes no sense to sell a product and don’t offer a standard warranty. I can understand purchasing extended warranty, but they would not warranty the glasses for me so I basically blew $400 for two months of use of lenses that became defective.
Absolutely phenomenal service from the first initial visit from Nadia whom waited on us and we came back to have my Mom fitted for frames with David & Tasheema. They are extremely nice and professional and took very good care of my Mom whom was referred to this location by the Institution of the blind in Charlotte. This Indian Trail team went above and beyond for us and they deserve praise and recognition for being great at what they do. I highly recommend others to this Indian Trail location for fast, efficient and friendly service.
My contacts were delayed by two weeks, yet I still received them and was notified via phone call/voicemail. Just as a note, hours should be updated on google. The vision center is closed on Tuesdays. Overall service was good, and I received the product I purchased.
