Our service technician was amazing! His name was Ray Funai. What a great asset to Roto Rooter. He found the blockage my parents had by using the snake. Had to find it first. Took several different tries but he hit it. Iām so glad I selected Roto rooter! Thank you. I will be calling again if I need a plumber!
Zoning did a great job today he told me what the problem was and explained it good and understandably. Gave me the option to give me a 6 month warranty if I went for the snaking drain option incase the problem were to reoccurr.
