I had wind and hail damage on my roof and my insurance was very reluctant initially to help in any meaningful way. Ian really went above and beyond helping me explain it to them and after talking with the insurance company and showing more damage pictures they ended up agreeing that the damage was enough to warrant full replacement. I wasn’t happy about the damage but glad they recognized it was there and needed replacing as I had a leak that was damaging the inside of my home. The replacement went well, the crew was professional and expedient and Ian and the owner all did exactly what they said they would. Highly recommended.
