Ian and Ace Restoration were instrumental in successfully getting my roof replaced after significant challenges obtaining insurance approval. Ian was very open and transparent throughout the process and the crew that performed the work were very professional and courteous. Thank you, Ian.
I had wind and hail damage on my roof and my insurance was very reluctant initially to help in any meaningful way. Ian really went above and beyond helping me explain it to them and after talking with the insurance company and showing more damage pictures they ended up agreeing that the damage was enough to warrant full replacement. I wasn’t happy about the damage but glad they recognized it was there and needed replacing as I had a leak that was damaging the inside of my home. The replacement went well, the crew was professional and expedient and Ian and the owner all did exactly what they said they would. Highly recommended.

Logan was very clear and communicative when I reached out about my roof’s warranty. There was a bit of a miscommunication about my request, but the company cleared it up quickly! Very appreciative for them!
