A&W Roofing

A&W Roofing did an excellent job on my roof! Professional, reliable, and efficient from start to finish. Highly recommend their services!

So naturally the best time to get roof problems is in the middle of Covid. Which is exactly what ours decided to do.

I came home after work and three of our roof shingles had slid off. Crap...

So naturally I checked on google for the best roofing repair I could find. The first hit was A&W Roofing so I gave them a call and was actually blown away at the service.

A&W and spoke to Monica, who dispatched Tim Ames to help us. Tim got here promptly and assessed the problem: our entire roof would need to be replaced.

Courteous, patient, and amicable he answered my 1001 questions and got us the estimate the same day.

My parents are in their mid 60’s and I live with them. Without even having to ask, he showed up with a mask, gloves, and booties which definitely gave him customer service brownie points in my book.

I was a bit worried that the roof workers themselves wouldn't be as good as Tim. Thankfully, I was wrong. The roof workers came early in the morning to check the roof to see what materials they would need. After going to the hardware store, they began working on the roof. They finished on time and did a great job. They left some debris that they said they'd come back the next day to pick up, which they did.

Unfortunately, an issue did arise when the roof workers painted the vent pipes and flashing on the roof to match my roof shingles. That would have been completely fine and even amazing, but the issue was that I had just installed a new water heater enclosure and flue vent pipe. They painted the flue vent pipe, but I had wanted that one to stay it's natural steel color. I would have mentioned this to the workers had I known or had they told me they were going to paint all the roof pipes and flashing. When I told Tim if he could help me replace it, he arranged to have the vent pipe replaced free of charge. I was pleasantly surprised at this and appreciated it a lot!

In summary, great roofing company! Their workers are hard working and reliable and the work itself is great. And the customer service aspect is excellent as well.

I really needed my roof to be re down for so long and I am so happy I found A & W roofing! They did an Incredible job! I am so happy to not having a leaking roof anymore. I can’t recommend them more.
