We would like to express our sincere appreciation to C&C Mechanical Co. for their outstanding service. Mr. Coleman responded on very short notice to repair our heating system after I explained that our organization had an important upcoming meeting and that it was imperative for the ladies attending to have heat in the building.

He quickly assessed the situation, made the necessary repairs in a timely manner, and kept me informed throughout the entire process by explaining what was being fixed. Needless to say, the sisters were extremely happy not to have to host their meeting in the cold. Additionally, the cost of the repair was very fair and reasonable.

This company is OUTSTANDING! Best Customer Service I have seen since moving to NC in 2014! Both of the times I have used their services, they have come to my rescue within 45 minutes of my call.
( One was an emergency AC outage on a weekend and during the hottest part of the summer ...and YES you heard right ..on a Weekend!!) Their prices are more than reasonable, which is hard to find these days. They even call and tell you who their technician is that they're sending to you so you can match the information when the tech arrives at your door.
