ONWASA notified me of a potential water leak. Thornton's Plumbing came out, and he determined it may be a problem with the water company. They didn't charge me since he didn't do any work. I was fully prepared to pay for a service call. What an outstanding, reputable company. I would highly recommend them.

Man showed up on time, actually just 10 min early, well dressed and of good manners: Extremely freindly. I had low water pressure in the house. He quickly identified the problem and dug and fixed the pipe in two hours. $95 an hour bit pricy but I'm not a plumber nor have the no how, I would have gone with a cheaper rate for what needed done. However his no bs turn around on the job was worth it.

Thorton's is a very awesome reliable company and extremely affordable. My husband was remodeling our bathroom and when he went to turn the main water valve back on around 9pm the valve broke. I called around to a few different places. Some said they couldn't come at night since its outside, others took forever to call me back. Thoron's was the first to respond and had a tech at my house in an hour. Richard did a great job, he was polite and friendly. On top of that it was affordable even after hours!
