I called at 7:55 AM, someone actually answered the phone, was very polite and a technician was at our home all in less than 1 hour. It’s never fun having to deal with issues like a well suddenly not working, but it makes it a lot less difficult with excellent service like they provide. I used their services one other time in 2016 under different ownership, and am glad I thought to call them first this time. I will definitely keep using Hickory Well Services, hopefully I won’t need them for a while though lol.

H&A had the best price & from picking out the flooring to the installation, very good experience. The installer(Loren) was so professional, personable and extremely experienced. He did an excellent job. He even vacuumed before leaving. We are so pleased with our new flooring.
