I called at 7:55 AM, someone actually answered the phone, was very polite and a technician was at our home all in less than 1 hour. It’s never fun having to deal with issues like a well suddenly not working, but it makes it a lot less difficult with excellent service like they provide. I used their services one other time in 2016 under different ownership, and am glad I thought to call them first this time. I will definitely keep using Hickory Well Services, hopefully I won’t need them for a while though lol.

Great folks! Great communication. They came out immediately and had us all fixed up the same morning. Very friendly and knowledgeable specialist. They will be our first call in the future for more water system upgrades and repairs.
