Beautiful studio. We were able to catch a class while we were in highlands. The instructor was very knowledgeable and welcoming. Was easy to sign up online. Highly recommend when you are in the area!

Ashby puts in an amazing amount of energy and kindness into her classes. She's an incredibly knowledgeable and powerful teacher. She was able to guide my husband and I through all 12 postures and gave us specific ideas to guide our home practice. She was able to cut through all of the fluff and noise surrounding the current "yoga culture" and provided a clean and pure experience that made us so excited about exploring yoga at home. We cannot say how much her powerful presence centered and relaxed us. She is indeed a treasure and should be greatly appreciated and adored for her expertise and kindness. Namaste.

It's difficult to express how amazing this studio is as well as how wonderful Ashby's structural integration work is! Every time I'm in Highlands and attend a class at this studio, I'm amazed by how much I get out of the class (especially since I take classes in my home town, and do not typically feel this way after a class at home). Each hour on the mat with these teachers delivers gifts of insight and presence. These gifts continue giving long after the class has finished, and are carried back into daily life, where they allow for more freedom and vitality.
