Outstanding Experience! I was heading out of town and noticed one of the tires on my cargo trailer was in poor condition. I called Thomas Tire and Automotive to see if they had replacements that would fit — they confirmed right away that they did. I stopped in, and they had me in and out in under 45 minutes. The service and professionalism were outstanding. They even checked all my other tires and lubed the bearing buddies. Truly above and beyond — highly recommend!

I stopped in because I kept hearing a noise and feeling a small bump while driving. I asked if they could check my tires. They gladly did it and didn't mind me watching. When they saw what the problem might be they showed it to me and advised I could still drive it for a while. My tire tread was starting to wear down. They made sure my tires all had the correct amount of air and gave me a quote on new tires. They didn't even charge me. A lot of places try to take advantage of women, but I always feel safe at Thomas Tire. As a woman that's so important.

This was my first time going as my sister had offered me to go being that she goes. I was completely satisfied. They were quick, very professional. It was just mind blowing. Did I mention how clean it was inside. Definitely a 10 out of 10 for me. Oh and affordable. I will be back. Matter of fact this is my permanent car place I will continue to come to. Thanks for all of you guys help I even got a discount too. Beautiful place. Definitely recommend. I promise you will not be disappointed.
