J over at Ridge Mechanical is second to none. Responsive, Intelligent and fast. We have a brand new retail location with brand new HVAC equipment. The contract responsible for the install left us high and dry with a few different issues causing our AC to not work correctly. J came out and fixed everything - went above and beyond in doing so.
Ridge Mechanical handles commercial properties I manage Winston Salem. Jason and his team have always been responsive, they follow up and their pricing is in line with other vendors in the area.
Love the responsiveness from Jimmy and the team whenever we have an issue. Big construction jobs will always come with some issues and it’s important you use a company that is willing and able to get to the bottom of the issue and fix promptly. Ridge has a good knowledgeable team.
