The gentleman who did my inspection was very thorough and he took the time to explain the little things that were found and showed me them with pictures as well… I couldn’t have been more pleased

It was our first time buying a home and Parkwood made the confusing process so much easier. This is the second time that Parkwood has done an inspection ( two different properties) They are thorough, experienced and prepared to go thru the findings with the buyer ! I am very happy with their work snd would recommend any Real Estate Agent use Parkwood as their preferred Inspector.
