I am fairly me to the area and glad to have Myrtle Nails. I'm very please with the customer service and how they listen to my needs and wants then make it happen. Also, very happy with the discounts offered.

I would have ranked Myrtle Nails 5 rather than a four, except for our having to wait for 35 minutes past my appointment. I’m not sure why this happened. When we called the for an appointment the young lady said they had one for 11:30. We arrived on time but didn’t get called to the station until 12:.00 or so.Everything else in this salon is wonderful: the music, the decorating, the cleanliness, the staff. I suspect the staff answering the phone gave us the time and hoped they could fit us in. I stumbled across this place a few months ago and I've been coming back ever since. The ladies (and one gentleman☺️) are super nice and amazingly talented. I looove Jenny!! She's amazing at her craft and ALWAYS makes me feel welcomed each and every time I walk through the doors. I highly recommend and will be adding pics of her work. Chefs kiss ladies
