Awesome group & staff at Loveland Dental Concord. Dr Bonner is great, very professional. Tracy Driver so helpful with our insurance questions & always with a smile that makes our day..we miss her at Concord office. Love Natalie Farrell, Renee, Deana.. always so professional & friendly. Despite the nature of my visit (having a tooth pulled), I've found my forever dentistry home. Every single person I interacted with was so compassionate and empathetic. They worked me into a very busy schedule and took care of the tooth pain I was having less than 24 hours after I called in. Amari and Dr. Kinard were so helpful and caring, they made the visit stress free. Loved being able to listen to music and have normal conversation with everyone. Dr. Parks and Kelly did an excellent job on my visit today. I strongly recommend Loveland Dental Group for anyone living in the nearby area of High Point, NC. I was treated with the utmost respect and they both did a very professional job. Actually, if I could rate them, it would be 5 stars plus.
