I gotta share this with everyone. I am a guy who dreads getting my hair cut, 9 times out of 10, I'm truly unhappy with the whole experience. But today I have seen the light, it started this morning with a phone call that lead me to the manager (who answered the phone) her name is Elaine. She had the best customer service with my questions and it had me excited to make this haircut happen. When I arrived I had the pleasure to have Meleka cut my hair. Great Clips does a great job. All the stylists are friendly and do a quick professional job. They cut it the way I described and also trimmed eyebrows and made slight adjustments/additions as requested.
