We're a property management company in the area and happened to have two commercial HVAC units go out at one time. The install was not standard and required a lot of technical planning, resituating and working around old units in a tight area of the attic. Harold figured out an economical and practical solution that saved our client a lot of paperwork and further demolition expenses. Harold and Brandon both were great at communicating with not just my office, but our customers as well. They set everyone's expectations and communicated updates throughout the project.
