The installation crew is polite, respectful of property, and keeps customers updated. Kyle is an awesome communicator who explains tuneup actions clearly. Bill did an outstanding job during a home inspection, going above and beyond to cover every inch and catch things others might miss. He was extremely thorough, professional, and friendly, making the process easy and stress-free. Customers are extremely happy and would definitely recommend Comfort First for heating and cooling needs. The service is great, and the team takes real pride in their work.
Josh anf Jeremiah were very knowledgeable and professional. They went above and beyond to fix the problem and also check for any other underlying issues that may not have been seen.
Gary Hall was amazing. He came out same day diagnosed the problem which was a compressor under warranty. He took care of everything. The warranty ordering parts and getting them rush delivered. Very professional courteous and friendly. Comfort first is a Grade A company. Will do a follow up when job is complete.
If it weren’t for Jeremiah, I would not give this rating. Many problems with an install passing inspection, but his politeness, professionalism and positive attitude, genuineness went such a very long way, I have to recognize him and give five stars. I hope Comfort First brings this young man along and sees he gets the opportunities he deserves.

Young people these days can be such entitled drags. Not this guy.
