By massaging, pulling, pushing, ultra red ligjt therapy she is able to release tension on differite parts of your tender spots, guide. pull mussels , tendons, nerves to the right position. She helped me with sciatica, belly tight scared tissues after multiple surgeries and tension on back of my neck. Also helped my husband with hip pain, and arm numbness. She'll explain all the techniques and how they feel and what are meant to accomplish. She'll work with you to your comfort level of tolerance. Great experience and good results.
