The patient care far exceeds the average urgent care experience we all have been subjected to . The staff place you front and center with exceptional care from the front desk to the nurse and the doctor outstanding in my opinion.

I went to see Mark Pain PA-C. He is truly a great gift from God. He is for the spine. I haven't had a doctor as compassionate and with upmost respect for taking the time to explain everything to me, and guide me on a healing path(we hope). Thank you for your empathy.

I’ve always called this place Cornerstone. It must have changed names through the years. I came here on a Saturday morning to get blood work done. They immediately took me back and had me out in about two minutes.

PLEASEEEE I CANT STRESS ENOUGH to avoid this urgent care you are wasting your money esp if they give you a diagnosis and you may have to have a medical paper loa paper to fill out. I have went to all the other urgent care ran by NOVANT and no problems but this one you gonna be aggravated and already sick as crap the 2.0 rating is on close point should be 0—Worst customer service, lazy and rude. They told me I had to take it back to my provider to fill out which my provider said since they had the diagnosis it’s there place. I had to call patient relations last time. Need to report again anybody know the board of wake forest ?

My daughter was there today and was not treated with care and compassion and with dignity and respect as a health care provider you need treat people with the utmost respect and compassion people come because they have a need and it’s your job and responsibility to provide help you should handle everyone with decency I’m really disappointed and embarrassed as a health care professional myself we must remember we are dealing with people who needs us to be the best at what we do unfortunately you failed in your duties today but let this be a teaching as well as a learning lesson and I hope tomorrow you all as a group can and will choose to be better I will personally be praying for you and your health care providers thank you

My experience today at urgent care was excellent. All the way from reception to leaving. A big thank you to Tonya, PA, Dr. Kelsey Smith, and Dianna, X-ray!

Be aware that if you want to be seen at this facility you need to make an appointment. I went in on Memorial Day and didn't realize you have to make an appointment and had to wait almost 2 hours for the next available appointment. People came in after me and also didn't realize you have to make an appointment. And on top of that they were only working one PA and a skeleton crew.
