Atlantic has been in business for OVER 100 YEARS! There aren’t many companies in the entire US who can say that and one doesn’t accomplish that kind of longevity without doing some things right. So, if you are seeing negative reviews here you really have to take them with a grain of salt. Reviews are one-sided and there’s ALWAYS a back story, which the readers of the reviews never learn about. Even though the guy was knowledgeable. The properties were not of even decent standard!
We went to one property and the outside looked horrible. We didn’t even go inside. The real estate agent in the front was knowledgeable, but the properties are of bad quality. They also have a $5 key deposit which is very telling I guess

While I am new to this reality scene, I have to say I was dissapointed today in the service I recieved. I had planned to rent a apartment paid applicationfees brought the money for everything, although I disliked the area I was to reside in I was told I could not change properties for another rental, and being said I decided to rent it and move from there asap. and was told they will not rent it to me if I cant fulfil the year lease agreement.
