If I could give this urgent care a 0 star I would. The girls upfront are rude, unprofessional and need serious empathy/Healthcare training. The nurse in the back asked my friend to take off his head wrap from his head and when my friend refused gave the worse attitude and racist look he has ever experienced. We will never return here and will definitely let other people know what kind of place this is. Terrible.

Arrived at 1:45… I’ve been placed in a room after 2+ hours of waiting. Now I’m in a room waiting on a docter to show up. No one has entered this room in the last 30 minutes. It is currently 4:22 and no one has came into the room. UGH this is such a waste of time. Won’t be surprised if I leave at 7pm

I have used this urgent care for years but this will be my LAST visit. I booked an appointment for 9 am. I have been waiting an hour and a half and still have not been seen. I have insurance with a $0 copay for urgent care but they charged me a $140 copay anyway. I asked if they were out of network and they said no. When I politely questioned this the office staff were immediately annoyed and rude with their response. I am currently still waiting to be seen. I wish I had just walked out but they already have my copay. Definitely WON’T be back.
