He was our guide for planning stage and is one of the nicest people youll ever meet. Well we went over our budget at first, and were distraught by the thought of not being able to build the home we wanted. Mike and Jeff bent over backwards to accommodate us. They re-did the plans several times, gratis, found ways to cut a little here and there to get us into a comfortable price range. I cant express how hard they worked to make us happy. All of this was over the phone from 3200 miles away.Now we aren’t in the home yet, 2 months away! The house is beautiful, the Project managers Randy Hart and Dakota Fox are exceptional people and workers. They think of everything! Big to small, and continue to try and find ways to save us a bit here and there without sacrificing quality. Screens between the framing of the deck and the decking. This is to keep bugs out from your screened in area. The heat pumps on the other side of the house, not next to the master bedroom so you don’t hear them going off and on all night. High end Anderson windows, gutter guards, etc. All these things are standard with Moss and their pricing. Randy is like family to us now. I don’t have to worry about a thing.
