We started our build process from across the country. We were able to come out and view the lot and purchase it with Mike McGhinnis’ help. He was our guide for planning stage and is one of the nicest people youll ever meet. Well we went over our budget at first, and were distraught by the thought of not being able to build the home we wanted. Mike and Jeff bent over backwards to accommodate us. They re-did the plans several times, gratis, found ways to cut a little here and there to get us into a comfortable price range. I cant express how hard they worked to make us happy. We just became the official owners of our beautiful Moss -Marlow home in The Waterfront Club development. This was our first experience in designing and building a home. From the very beginning when Mike McGhinnis met us at our lot, he was very candid that what we wanted (which was a lake access/view) was not possible w/o an extensive build, we ended up purchasing another lot down the road.Mike impressed us so much with his honesty, we immediately chose Moss-Marlow to build our dream home.Mike's great judge of character paired us up with Randy and Brandon and we didn't look back! Great company to work with. Very professional and detail oriented. They build a great home and stay in close close contact with the customer during and after the build process. Highly recommended.
