4 stars only because the window of time 8am-6pm is way too broad when people have work during the day and because they weren't able to help fix the problem. The technician identified the issue as our pressure tank but they don't service/replace those. The technician called ahead of time to make sure we were around and he was courteous. Cant speak to their quality of work because of the situation but they got here quickly and didnt charge an inspection fee which is greatly appreciated when other companies are robbing you for a visit and diagnosis fee usually totalling $200 or more before any real work is even done. Will use them again for future plumbing issues.
I was a little scared when an AI assistant answered the phone but one of the choices was to talk to a real human and it was so fast! I got to talk to a person, Jacob came out super fast and got it done the same day! Definitely will call them again! Also, he loved my dog so that was definitely the best part.
Today we needed to check on our water heater as there was some questionable water marks we noticed. Call Dad for the win again. They sent a technician same day that gave us all the information we needed and great service.
