Hickory Heating and Cooling provides excellent service. Most recently Matt came out for a service call. He quickly located and repaired the problem and had our heat back on. We highly recommend Hickory Heating and Cooling.

Matt performed the scheduled service of our Bosch 20 heat pump. He was factory trained, VERY knowledgeable, and a really nice guy. All texting, scheduling with the office was very efficient.

Todd and Danny came out within a week of our quote on a new furnace. They were prompt, courteous and very thorough on installing the new furnace and removal of the old furnace.
