No one wants to have to make THIS type of call!! Finding a leak and discovering the damage done internally was very unexpected.
I want to thank Charles for going above and beyond to respond to all of my questions and my concerns.
This is not an area I’m knowledgeable in, so he took the time to answer all of my questions which made me feel better about the whole process. Wes was most helpful too. He helped us find the actual leak which was very hidden. He explained the next steps as it concerned plumbing and was compassionate to our situation as well.

I would highly recommend roto-rooter for any plumbing job, I had Dustin the technician come out and measure for new water lines and he was upfront with me about everything and how much it would cost and he was willing to start on the job the next day,it was right at 500 foot of water line needed to be installed and he had it installed and line buried and running the same day, I highly recommend to anyone, very knowledgeable and professional, I have found my new go-to plumbers thanks again Brad
Amazing and quick service! Very professional and fast acting. We had absolute no problems and everything is under warranty. They replaced a water heater, dried out water damage, and replaced some plumbing. Would definitely use them again.
