If I could give negative stars- I would! The front desk staff are nice but everything else that goes on after they call your name is ridiculous! My daughter had a dental visit at Mountain View Family Dentistry located at 3055 S Hwy 127 in Hickory, NC on September 11, 2025. Everything went well until the end. I noticed that the instruments they used on her mouth were directly on the counter. No barrier present. (Photo attached). I said nothing as I wasn't 100% sure of practices and such. The dentist even put on her gloves, glasses and then tightened the straps from behind her head right before going into my daughters mouth. I should've said something then but... read full review

Honestly, don’t like this office. It’s too quiet and seems like nobody has a personality. Won’t be coming back to this location. I could have fell asleep waiting on my daughter to get done. When I go to a dentist I enjoy somewhere where they talk and try to connect with a patient/parents. On a search to find a better location.

I would give a good review for as long as I’ve been here but they NEVER answer the damn phone. I swear I’ve been calling since I had my baby last year. I’ve left several voicemails. I’ve even hit different numbers on the dial pad to get to a different area there and still nothing.
