We had such a wonderful experience this afternoon! We got home from running errands, and realized our AC had a problem. We worried, and prayed, and contacted Maynard. Within an hour, they arrived, and fixed the issue! He also explained things to us and charged us what we felt was a very reasonable price. We 10/10 recommend!
Had two HVAC Carrier units installed at my house and one at my daughter’s house two years ago. Excellent service during installation and during one simple service call afterwards. My only complaint is that they don’t offer every six months maintenance contracts so my filters get changed regularly. Otherwise, great company. Recommended them today for my sister.
I highly recommend going with Maynard. Scott & Kim (hope I am getting their names right) were awesome to work with. They use Carrier, which I feel good about. Got several quotes for my HVAC system in the area, and Maynard's combination of customer service, product and value is the reason I went with them. Thank you!
