millie went for her first appointment with them today, and she literally left smiling lol. she came out looking absolutely beautiful, and they did a fabulous job with everything. millie loved the staff so much we will 100% come back!

I recently adopted a dog with extreme anxiety when it comes to nail trimming. She's possibly had some sort of trauma from previous experiences. Our vet/groomer tried trimming her first and failed. They said they could not trim her nails without also sedating her. We did that for her once, but did not want to take this approach long term. So I called Luv My Groomer and shared her anxious tendencies and explained that it would be difficult. I wanted to provide full disclosure before I took her there. The staff was very kind and friendly. They were wonderful, if I would have to have a complain or slightly negative comment would be that, I paid for the deshedding and my dog still had a lot of shed to go through. Compared to going to PetSmart. For the price I would’ve liked for him to get a better brush down. But all and all it wasn’t bad.
