Peter was polite, friendly, and respectful. He diagnosed the problem and honestly reviewed the options. He went the extra mile of offering to go back to Winston-Salem to get two window units until a new HVAC system can be installed. Chandler, another Call Dad technician and resident of Thomasville, delivered the units so Peter could go on home to Hickory. Great service by both.

Jeremy was extremely polite and professional; he thoroughly checked and cleaned the unit, checked the thermostat to make sure it was running correctly with the unit.
