Excellent service. Our heating went out and we called "Call Dad." The technician was here within two hours. It took a total of three trips to fix a complicated problem, but they got it done. All three techs were friendly and professional and explained everything. None of them suggested buying a new unit even once. Excellent company and deserved recommendations.
