I was given texts introducing my technician and he contacted me when he was on his way! He arrived promptly ane introduced himself. He went and looked at the water heater. He came back and showed me detailed information what was wrong and what he recommended. I let him speak to my husband and he gave the ok. He completed the work and did a good job. Jacob was very polite and informative! I would recommend him. I will ask for him next time! Thank you Jacob!
Very professional, thorough, from start to finish with an inspection and estimate. The organization scores high as my initial call handled my questions and was able to have someone scheduled to visit my home that day. Tech was very detailed with respect to recommending different options, and sales was more about what was the best solution and not about “selling me” on a system.
