We visited Fenix Jiu Jitsu in Hickory NC while on vacation for spring break. The facility is clean with plenty of mat space. The staff was very welcoming! My 7 year old son trained in the youth class and the training was excellent!
While traveling on the road for work I was looking for a reputable gym that I could train at.I called Jason, at Fenix MMA. And he was happy to have me come through for tonight’s Gi class.Despite me not having a Gi, he still allowed me to train. My training partners were also awesome. They all gave me great advice.The facility is clean. And is very family oriented.I am glad I had the opportunity to train here.Would recommend to anyone who is looking for a professional gym. These guys have a fantastic facility. Their Jiu-Jitsu program is miles ahead of any other gym in Hickory. The striking program was well balanced with a strong emphasis on the fundamentals. Having visited over 10 gyms in NC, I can full heartedly recommend Fenix for both new and experienced fighters.
