Great experience. I reported my damaged window to my insurance at 430 on a Monday, I was told someone from Doug's would call the following day to get my details and set up an appt. They called with 20 minutes! Scheduling the appointment was easy and they even came to my work to replace. The installer (Jeremy) was very communicative. He called in the am day of service and gave me a rough arrival window and said he would text when he was enroute. He did and then even text as he arrived at my work guard house. He was courteous and completely finished the job in under an hour. Highly recommend this company.
