Custom Coatings did a wonderful job on sanding and applying the Hybrid flaked coating on our 50+ year old basement floor! Every step, from start to finish, was easy and pleasant: Beginning with Matthew Freeman, the Field estimator, who addressed all of my concerns about removing glue from where carpet had previously been adhered to applying a vapor barrier. He always got right back to me with his communications when I had additional questions. My wife and I had Custom Coatings give us an estimate for exterior metal and concrete deck damage from water. Much of the repairs were for metal damage from rust, also a paint color to cover rust spots on a concrete deck. The job was completed but we had a few issues. They came back out and went above and beyond. Custom Coatings did more repairs, and replacement of the original exterior work.
