I was seen on time. Everyone was so pleasant. They seemed genuinely concerned about my health. Dr Glenn spent a lot of time with me answering all my medical questions and reviewing my lab results. He felt there was no need to increase my medication.

Update: I was able to get a call back from a patient coordinator, Dallas, who was able to understand my concerns and get me routed to the appropriate person to correct the billing issue so that I am now receiving the bills and can provide payment through the portal. Updating from 1 to 4 star, mainly because Dallas did awesome at getting my issue fixed, so if you run into issues, I would recommend contacting or asking for a patient coordinator to try to help.

Dr Parker and staff are AWESOME!!! I recently moved and will continue keeping her as my doctor no matter how long the commute! Everyone that works there has been so helpful and they go above and beyond! I have a very unique situation that requires a lot of attention and so much paperwork. She not only accommodates this but understands the importance of my needs! Thank you for all you do!
