Don't use this company, they don't care about their customers. They put the listing on the MLS and then sit back and wait for prospective buyers to show up, they don't make any effort to market it. They don't return phone calls and couldn't be bothered to send a few pictures of the house once they got their commission. There are many other realtors in Hickory that will do a much better job. As a follow up to my original review, the company did send the pictures I requested and I am grateful for that.
My husband and I moved to North Carolina from Texas. Ashley called us prior to the move and we flew to North Carolina at which time she had several houses lined up for us to see on that weekend. She has been such a joy to work with! She made our transition as smooth and stress free with her knowledge and responsiveness to our questions and concerns.
