Bass Smith has the most tender hearted people imaginable. Wesley worked closely with us (even on his day off) during our great time of disparity. His experience was of great comfort to us as he guided us through each step we had been newly introduced to. They were extremely helpful with transferring my mother’s wishes from Illinois to Hickory. Very kind, thoughtful and respectful. Also helped in getting money transferred from an account held in Illinois(pre-paid services). They also checked in us to see how we were doing. I would highly recommend them.

Bass-Smith Funeral Home provided our family with excellent service in a very professional manner for both our mother in 2020 and recently with our father.
