American HomePatient is highly recommended. They are quick with getting orders completed and willing to help along the way, even when providers are being ridiculous. The staff are very caring and helpful. They have always been there for patients since 2016, being nice, polite, and on time every time. They go far beyond expectations. The delivery staff are outstanding, explaining everything real clear without acting like they are in a hurry. They are very polite and easy to talk to. Specific staff members are absolutely wonderful in their knowledge, helpfulness, and support. They answer calls and questions patiently and with clear knowledge. Staff are very patient, taking time to explain everything and listen to concerns, always greeting patients with a smile. They make the process much easier than expected.
