Wasn't sure was the right fit for us. But as time has passed things are getting MUCH better. The 2 nurses that come on regular basis are wonderful. Only real complaint we have now is getting supplies! Barely have enough to get from week to week. If something should go wrong with ordering, delivery or even if dressings need extra changes, then we are OUT. Personally I think we should be able to have AT LEAST 2 weeks worth of supplies at ALL times. Thank you.
Everyone that came was committed to helping my Dad regain himself after a traumatic fall. From the Nurses to PT and OT everyone showed dedication and patience and truly cared about their work. If l could give more stars l would! TY so much Center Well!
Courtney Starnes is currently our nurse. She arrives on time , if there are any concerns , communication is encouraged both ways . Courtney is highly professional and courteous. She also takes time to answer questions and gives detailed information to help . She has also been neat in her appearance every time and always organized . We really love her , our only regret is she can’t be cloned for all of your patients !!!!! We don’t like our current health situation but we’ll hate seeing her go , in tears writing this . This young lady represents your company in the finest
