From arrival to departure our four doors and 2 windows installation were flawless. Gary and Michael worked without ceasing as a well-seasoned team. They were neat and tidy, polite and professional and left their work area in pristene condition when finished.
I have worked with Roy and his team -Mickey-Michael and Gary -and the whole process from day 1 was perfect. I changed all my windows and the window's specifics (colors, dividers, types) including measurements were perfect. The intallation was smooth and flawless, including making an opening in a brick wall for a new sliding door. The team was communicating perfectly, was calm and knowledgeable. Everything went well and on schedule. Kudos to you guys.
We bought all new windows and doors, for our home, from this Hendersonville Window & Door Specialties (W&DS). Roy, the sales representative, was very nice, if sometimes a bit nonchalant. We got bids from the big-box stores, Lowe’s, Home Depot, and Window World and their price was comparable. Therefore, we chose W&DS because we felt that doing business with a local community business was important. There were some schedule changes, but that is to be expected, and we were kept informed throughout. The most impressive aspect of doing business with W&DS was their installers.
