We bought all new windows and doors, for our home, from this Hendersonville Window & Door Specialties (W&DS). Roy, the sales representative, was very nice, if sometimes a bit nonchalant. We got bids from the big-box stores, Lowe’s, Home Depot, and Window World and their price was comparable. Therefore, we chose W&DS because we felt that doing business with a local community business was important. Over the course of several visits, I asked a ton of questions about the windows and the process of installing them, and Roy could not have been more patient with helping me understand what I was about to pay for. Once I placed my order, the windows arrived on time -- early, in fact. Then Mickey and his son Gary did a tremendous job installing them over the course of about three days. All three men -- Roy, Mickey, and Gary -- are friendly, professional, and good at what they do. Our home had the original wood frame windows from the 1970's as well as wood front doors. Roy offered several options and I am more than happy with them.Mickey and his son installed everything and they were prompt, tidy, and friendly.
