I really have been enjoying seeing Jennifer for Chiropractor. She listens to what I say when I come in for my appointment and that matters alot to me. I have only gone twice but so far its been a great experience.

If I could give this place zero stars, I would. On Friday, I called to schedule a massage for my birthday (today). I had previously purchased a massage package that included two massages and knew I had one left. I made that very clear when I called. The person on the phone pulled up my account, confirmed that I had one massage left, and scheduled me for today, March 9 at 12:30 PM. I also said I didn’t care which therapist I saw, but they told me I needed to see Francine because she was the therapist I saw last time and the package required using the same therapist. That was fine with me.
This morning at 8:55 AM, I got a text saying that if I still wanted the massage it would cost $80. I immediately called the office, reminded them of our conversation from Friday, and explained that I had scheduled specifically to use the massage I already paid for. The person I spoke with said they understood why I’d be frustrated and that they would check on it and get back to me.
At 10:48 AM, I got a text back saying the package had expired because their policy requires it to be used within one year of purchase. I called again to explain how disappointing this was and asked if I had signed anything stating that policy when I bought the package. They said no, but that the policy is posted in the office.
What’s most frustrating is that I was very clear when I scheduled the appointment and they confirmed the massage was still available on my account. Then the morning of the appointment, with only about an hour and a half notice, I was told it wouldn’t be honored unless I paid.
I had really been looking forward to this massage, and it honestly ruined what was supposed to be a nice birthday treat. Policies are one thing, but businesses also have the ability to make things right when they make a mistake. Unfortunately, that didn’t happen here. When I shared that this experience meant they had lost my future business for both massage and chiropractic care, they didn’t seem to care.
Overall, a very disappointing experience.

2 years in she told me I had scoliosis. I told her that... I went to her pregnant she literally left me in the room after I told her I was cramping. To the point of not being able to get off the table with a toddler. I told her I was really hurting. She said when you are able you can go. Her practices are not what she claims. Don't let anyone touch you without doing xray's. She literally pulled my leg and told me why the Fairmont should be in the middle of Hendersonville. From the very 1st appointment she asked about my husband's company and whether we cared about social economics and having to pay our employers. After those weird questions, she adjusted me. Didn't look at the computer, all of those questions were just asked and she just flited on but more like Kramer in Seinfeld. 2nd time spazzed in just like Kramer but lost a ton of weight. Which would be ok, but Dr. Jen is apparently body shaming people in her weight-loss group.

I always look forward to my appointments with Doc Hensley. I carry a lot of stress in my neck and after my appointment, I always feel great totally five stars.

This is seriously the best in our area! I also love all the essential oils, massage chair and the heating bad that they use. On top of that She is very knowledgeable on why certain things might be hurting! I definitely recommend coming here!

This office is great. They are professional and kind. Dr. Jennifer is very attentive and gives great feedback and recommendations for care. I always feel better after my adjustment. I recommend this practice. Family friendly- kid freindly.

I benefited greatly from the treatments I have received here. Being fairly new to the Hendersonville area I picked a chiropractic office that was close to me, and I didn't go wrong. Doctor Hensley fixed me up in no time. Highly recommended!
