Chris exceeded all of our expectations. We decided to purchase a home in NC while living in Florida. My husband chose Chris due to his background in construction and this turned out to be a wise choice. We relied on Chris to videotape houses for us and he pointed out concerns and issues that we wouldn't have noticed. Chris is professional, prompt, and extremely honest. His attention to detail was one of his best attributes. He went above and beyond to find answers when needed and even had contractors come in to get estimates prior to considering an offer.
