We just used Upstate Flooring for the install of our floors and they did a wonderful job. They did a decent job with the actual floor. But they are NOT good with communication. They were several hours late 3 different times and never called me. Once I contacted them, they apologized but it's a pattern and my time is also important.Also, when the van backed out, they backed up over some 10 feet of new landscaping then spun their wheels trying to get out of the soft dirt and never stopped to look.When I complained, the owner came out and fixed the landscaping and moved the extra boxes for me trying to make it all right and I do appreciate that

This crew rocked! They installed hardwood floors in a 360 square foot room in about six hours, which included some technical work at the base of a spiral staircase. The attention to detail around doorway thresholds and a wall that was slightly out of square was stellar. I would not hesitate to recommend Upstate Flooring for those that are seeking a team that obviously takes pride in their workmanship!Service: Install flooring
