Worst hair cut experience .. cut too short not how we asked had to ask others for help in cutting it.. will never be back 30 bucks for a hack job . Could have cut it better at home with a butter knife

Do not go to Amanda, I asked for a simple skinfade haircut. She did not blend my fade at all she layered a fade. Completely uneven. Not even sure if these people are certified Absolutely awful experience and now I’m stuck like this for a few weeks. Not coming back to this location. EVER

This place is terrible. We just moved here and I needed a place to get my hair cut. I went 4 times. The first cut was bad, the 2nd cut was the worst cut I’ve ever had ( thought I would try a different girl ) the 3rd cut was okay, the 4th time I scheduled through the app. The wait was 1 hour and 10 minutes and then the girl said she wanted to leave early and passed me off to wait for another girl. I left. 2 hours on average to get your haircut. I never was seen at the scheduled appointment time. 1 hour and 15 minutes was the fastest I got in the chair. I don’t wait for my doctor appointment this long. Don’t waste 2 hours of your day getting a simple haircut. These girls don’t care about you or your time or your hair. This is the worst place I have ever been to get my haircut. I’m 66 and very easy going, but this place really pissed me off. Very rude and the service is horrendous.

I'm still talking about my experience, that was soooo AWESOME!! Mom loves my haircut so much..she said I usually don't like your haircut but this one is great!! Kris is extremely professional and is fantastic at her job!!

I checked myself and two boys in on their online scheduler. The app sent me a message when to arrive. We arrived at the time we were scheduled and was told we had another hour and we can just take ourselves off the list. Totally rude

I checked in online for a first available appointment, and proceeded to confirm I was in store when I arrived. After waiting 30 minutes an individual the stylist seemed to know that had checked in after me and arrived after me according to their list was called up for their haircut, and my name was no longer on the list. When I went up to the counter to question what had happened, neither stylist looked at me or acknowledged I was standing there.
