I called this company to order an arrangement for my wife
I picked it from the prearranged selections on the website
Paid $60 with a $15 delivery fee
With taxes, came out just over $90
Fair enough
A few hours later, I was contacted by presumably the owner who told me she didn’t have any sunflowers,
I said no trouble, thank you for attempting to locate substitute with whatever as long as it could be delivered today
She asked me where precisely I was located.
And I said very vividly exactly where my road was off of.
The lady who I was speaking to, state stated that she was familiar with the area and that she would be there at some point this afternoon.
She then called me just before 3:30 and said that her Google wasn’t working (Not my problem it’s 2025 And she said she knew Where I was located based on the directions I provided before) And then she proceeded to complain that the $15 delivery fee was not enough.
I said very politely, well, you didn’t have the flowers I wanted Despite them showing as available on your website, And you also said you knew exactly where I was located
She then said in a mildly irritated manner that despite my address being listed as Hendersonville, she doesn’t typically deliver to Edneyville (Which she never mentioned once when I talked to her on the phone and provided her detailed directions to my house When I noted specifically, it was beyond the justice academy off of US 64 Toward Bat Cave)
So I remained on the phone with her and gave her minute by minute directions Ensuring that she arrive Without any issues.
In between providing her directions like I was a damn Garmin, I asked her how much money she would need in addition for the inconvenience for the delivery
She in a pissed off tone said $5
When she arrived on scene, she gave me one of the smallest arrangements I’ve ever seen for $60. Started to complain about the post office service as she handed it to me
I gave her $15 in cash and ask her the name of her business so I know it’s to never use them again
I am a gentleman, and I have ordered flowers in this area for going on seven years
I’ve never once even remotely had the problems that I had today.
As a customer, I displayed understanding patients and respect in all of my dealings with this person
And I was hit with an attitude over a five dollar discrepancy for a Delivery when they didn’t even have the flowers I wanted to begin with that. They indicated they had in stock/ available.
In the end, I got a lousy $30 arrangement for over $100
And now I’m annoyed every time I look at them.
Thanks

I incorrectly ordered an arrangement online during Mother’s Day week from this local florist. I needed a sympathy arrangement sent to a family member whose parent passed (I live states away). My order was cancelled. I understood and decided to call to see if I could just order over the phone and was fine with any arrangement that could be sent. The woman I spoke with was understandably busy, but incredibly rude (actually… she was downright mean) and angrily stated that it’s their busiest week. I decided to take my business elsewhere and another local florist was kind and understanding that people pass all times of the year.

Ordered a bouquet on Valentines morning and aside from a confirmation of my payment I wasn’t given any info such as the status of the bouquet or a window of delivery. Price seemed a little high compared to other services I’ve used over the years. Flowers were delivered and my SO sent a picture of them, they were beautiful and well put together. I was very disappointed to find out she did not receive the chocolates I paid extra for, and upon contacting the business through their site I’ve received radio silence for a month. Nice flowers, bad service.

These people are amazing! I had a little glitch with the online purchase, or at least I thought I did, so I called immediately after placing my order. They were already on their way to purchase the fresh fruit for the fruit basket that I ordered for my brother which he received with 30 minutes of me ordering. I can't say enough great things about these people. I WILL order again. I highly recommend them for flower or gift delivery. Thank you Southern Traditions! By the way, my brother loved his fruit basket!

2 words.... Blown. Away!!! I called last minute for a surprise Christmas arrangement for my sister. With it being Friday, so close to Christmas, and the how busy florists are during the holidays, I was expecting the arrangement to be delivered later in the day Saturday. Well, surprise, surprise. The lovely arrangement was delivered the same day. Needless to say, my sister loved it.Thank you, Southern Traditions Florist.
